Keu9 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Begin

Keu9 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming platform operating in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between keu9 and its users. By accessing, registering, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless keu9 specifically provides a cash-out or bet edit feature.
• Keu9 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet, particularly those involving unusual stake amounts.
• A maximum bet limit may apply for each event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, keu9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Sports Betting Special Rules:

• Any bet not placed before the start of the match or event will be considered void.
• Live betting odds change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or awarded as a walkover, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Keu9 offers its players a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed after the first deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within a set time period — any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.

General Bonus Rules:

Withdrawal Terms:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on keu9. Any violation will result in account termination and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff.
• Placing bets related to match-fixing or any form of corruption.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

Keu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of rule violations.

• You will generally be notified by email or SMS prior to account termination.
• Accounts may be temporarily frozen while under investigation.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the account balance may be forfeited.

• If you voluntarily close your account, any valid balance will be returned to you.
